"We used Sheila because she came highly recommended as an Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) for Dave Ramsey’s organization. Of the several ELP realtors that we contacted, Sheila was the most persistent and I had a feeling that if she was that persistent in earning our business, she would be that persistent in selling our home. My intuition was right! At our initial meeting, Sheila sat down with us and explained every step in the process & every detail of the marketing plan she’d already developed for our home. Sheila & her team did a great job & our home sold in less than one day for more than the asking price, even before all the pictures were up on the various internet sites. We’ve not had experience with using Sheila as a buyer’s agent but we can highly recommend her for selling your home. If you want an agent that is thorough, professional, & relentless about getting results, Sheila is the one you’ll call."
